Fluent strip rack is a light first-in-first-out rack. Goods are put in the back of the rack and taken out from the front. It is usually used in conjunction with standard plastic turnover boxes or cartons. The space utilization rate is up to 50%. It is widely used in warehouse, factory assembly workshop and various distribution centers. The shelf can be used independently in one unit or in combination with multiple units. It has the following characteristics:
1. The adjustable spacing of each layer is 50 mm, and can be fine-tuned by hanging slice.
2. The minimum recommended spacing is: the height of cargo (turnover box) is + 200 mm, and it can be adjusted according to the integer multiple of 50 mm.
3. The length of the fluency strip is N*L+100mm if the fluency strip is determined by the number of L and N in the turnover box.
4. The inclination angle can be adjusted, and the standard is about 5 degrees.
5. The fluency strips are D13, D28, D28F (with edges);
6. Shelf surface appearance: thermal curing powder spraying, the standard color is sky blue, can also be selected according to customer needs;
7. Special design can be carried out according to customer's requirements.
Width can be determined by the length (D)*width (W)*height (H) of the external dimensions of the customer turnaround box, which is equal to slideway *W+50)+20+column, and the total load of each unit is less than 1500.
